Following instructions from the Da Nang authorities, the head of the dragon on the Rong (Dragon) Bridge will breathe fire and water at 9.00pm on 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 February.  These days are the 29^th and 30^th days of the 12^th lunar month, and the 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th of the 1^st lunar month.
