A contract to design the Hoang Sa Exhibition House has recently been signed by the Hoang Sa Island District People's Committee (PC) and Japan's Wright Architecture Company.

The PC Chairman, Mr Vo Cong Chanh, said he hopes that the company and local relevant agencies will jointly implement the project effectively and complete it as quickly as possible. 

Mr Chanh also urged the Japanese company and the relevant local units to start the project as soon as possible.
