The Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee recently gave two fishermen 300 million VND each.  They are Nguyen Van Bay from Son Tra District’s Nai Hien Dong Ward and Ngo Van Trang from Thanh Khe District’s Xuan Ha Ward.

The Committee’s Chairman, Mr Nguyen Manh Hung, said that the donated money had come from generous donors nationwide.  He asked the two recipients to spend the money effectively on paying their loans for building new fishing boats and buying more fishing equipment to develop their fishing activities in order to earn their living and continue their efforts to safeguard the nation’s sacred sovereignty over its sea and islands.
