The Saigon Travel Service Company (Saigontourist) received 3,500 passengers and crew members on board the luxury cruise ship Voyager of the Seas on April 13.

The ship, which anchored at the Cai Mep Port in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, brought tourists from the United States, the UK, Australia, Canada and Singapore.

They are scheduled to explore Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau and other southwest localities.

As a five-star cruise liner, Voyager of the Seas of the Bahaman Royal Caribean International is now one of the largest cruise ships sailing the open seas. It has a total capacity exceeding 4,300 people.

With its experience serving international travellers, Saigontourist has been increasingly successful. In the first quarter of this year, the firm welcomed 50,000 passengers and crew members from over 30 international liners.
