On Tuesday, work started on houses for 3 poor families of AO victims from Hoa Khuong, Hoa Lien and Hoa Bac communes in Hoa Vang District.    

The 123 million VND to construct the houses has been raised from staff members of the Da Nang Association of Agent Orange (AO) Victims and other local generous donors.

Over the past 5 years, the Association has been appealing for material and cash donations from generous individuals and organisations both at home and abroad.  Thanks to this, a total of more than 15,000 gifts, worth over 5 billion VND in total, have been given to local AO victims.
