A total of over 10.2 billion VND has been raised by Da Nang’s Gratitude Fund over the past year from local organisations and individuals.

Over 3.7 billion VND from the collected money has been spent on upgrading local martyrs' cemeteries.  In addition, 430 million VND has been used to repair houses for local social policy families, 780 million VND for emergency allowances to social policy beneficiaries with life-threatening diseases, and over 1 billion VND for other social activities.

The remainder of the collected money will be used to help more local poor social policy families during the remaining months of this year.
