City branch of Viet Nam Fine Arts Association holds its 7th Congress
The 7th Congress of the Da Nang branch of the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association in the 2014 - 2019 tenure took place in the city on Tuesday.
In this tenure, the focus will be on creating works of fine art reflecting the Vietnamese armed forces, revolutionary wars, and the daily lives of local residents. The Association will also actively respond to the “Study and follow the late President Ho Chi Minh's moral example” campaign.
In addition, importance will be attached to organising at least one field trip every year to allow the association's members to effectively create more high-quality works.

In addition, at least one new gallery will be built in the city to introduce new works by local artists.
At the event, artist Ho Dinh Nam Kha was re-elected the Chairman of the Association for the 2014 - 2019 tenure.
