The annual job fair for student of tourism faculty took place at Da Nang’s Duy Tan University (DTU) on Wednesday.  Jointly organised by the university and the municipal Department of Education and Training, the event aimed to offer the opportunity to the students to seek internships and suitable jobs.

At the event, thousands of graduates from tourism faculties of local universities and colleges accessed employment opportunities which were offered by 13 local businesses and 1 local school.

Also on the same day, a seminar entitled “The Quality of Human Resources in the Tourism Sector in ASEAN Integration Period” was held at the DTU.  General knowledge of both opportunities and challenges of the tourism sector in the current context of global integration were presented at the event.  In addition, the discussion about experience in professional skills in the tourism sector helped the students to identify their career orientations in the future.
