Preferential policies for local high-quality government employees
Following a recent decision by the Da Nang authorities, the city’s High-quality Human Resources Development Project for local government employees until 2020 was recently revealed. The focus will be on identifying preferential policies for the beneficiaries and setting out their obligations.
Top priority will be given to recruiting experienced experts and managers, along with full-time graduates from prestigious domestic and international universities, with excellent or good academic results to work for local government departments and agencies over a long term. They will have an opportunity to either rent State-owned apartments or access preferential loans, over term of between 10 and 15 years, to buy social housing apartments. In addition, they will also be granted an allowance which is 80 times higher than their monthly basic salaries.
Those who have doctorates, and any who graduate from one of the world’s top 200 universities, will be given allowances respectively 120 and 200 times higher than their monthly basic salaries.
In return, these beneficiaries will be required to work in local government agencies, as well as carry out job assignments given by the local authorities, for 5 consecutive years.
In addition, postgraduates and those who are studying at domestic and international universities will enjoy free tuition fees, living expenses and health insurance, and flight tickets for any who are studying abroad if they are high-quality human resources for local government agencies and want to work in the city.
