The Da Nang Newspaper published an article on 3 August to appeal for donations to help 23-month-old Tran Thi Minh Thu from Quang Nam Province’s Dai Loc District who has blood cancer.  

To date, a total of 2.6 million VND has been donated by our readers to Thu’s father, Tran Van Viet, through this newspaper.

Currently, Thu is undergoing her 3^rd session of chemotherapy at the city’s Paediatric and Maternity Hospital and her family is now in desperate need of more financial assistance to cover the cost of her next radiation treatments.
