Representatives from the Hai Chau District People's Committee (PC) in Da Nang and the district's Business Association recently placed public toilets logos, bearing the slogan ‘Comfort As Home’, on the front walls of ten 2 to 4-star hotels along Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets. 

Recently, the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has been encouraging local tourism service providers to offer free toilet facilities for visitors to the city.

The city’s PC has asked the Hai Chau District PC and the district's Business Association to develop more of this kind of free service along some of the local main streets, including Bach Dang, Tran Phu, and Nguyen Van Linh.

To date, a total of 80 tourism service providers have offered free use of their toilet facilities to visitors.
