At a meeting on Monday, Da Nang People’s Committee (PC) Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung urged local relevant agencies to complete the architectural designs for the Hoang Sa Exhibition House as soon as possible.  He asked that building work begin in early October to coincide with the 21^st Da Nang Party Congress for the 2015 - 2020 tenure.

The project will cover on an area of 714m² on Hoang Sa Street in Son Tra District’s Man Thai Ward.

Vice Chairman Dung also stressed the need to gather the opinions of local experts at related workshops to develop a detailed plan for making the art designs and collecting the historical documents and artifacts for display, and then submit the plan to the municipal PC for approval.

The project’s consultants and construction units were asked to ensure the highest quality of construction well suited to the city’s harsh weather conditions and marine environment.
