Da Nang has, for the second consecutive year, been ranked top of 63 cities and provinces nationwide in the Provincial Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX 2014) with a score of 92.54%, which is 5.52% higher than in 2013.  The result was recently announced by the Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs.

However, the city is never satisfied what it has achieved so far, and it is ceaselessly striving to remedy any shortcomings in its administrative reforms in order to provide the best public services for local organisations, businesses and residents.
