In response to the 'Making the World Cleaner 2015' campaign, various environmental protection activities will take place across Da Nang from 17 - 30 September. 

They will include a grand municipal-level meeting, a parade, a recycling festival day, a meeting to review environmentally-friendly residential area models, building a rubbish treatment model for a privately-run farm in Cam Le District, cleaning up local tourist beaches, and protecting green trees alongside local streets.

This year’s event takes 'Take Action for a Sustainable Rural Environment' as its theme.  It aims to emphasise the important role of Viet Nam’s rural areas in environmental protection, and in upgrading new rural areas for advanced and sustainable production.
