They discussed ways to enhance the bilateral cooperation in media publicity in the near future. They included increasing the exchange of professional skills and organising exchange activities between media agencies in both Viet Nam and South Korea in order to further deepen the bilateral cooperation between the 2 associations.

During a meeting with the Vietnamese reporters, the spokesman for the South Korean Foreign Ministry, Mr Noh Kwang-il, affirmed that the Viet Nam-South Korea strategic partnership has been increasingly seeing fine developments in various aspects. This is partly attributed to the great efforts made by media agencies in both countries. He also hoped that their bilateral cooperation would be further boosted in the coming time.
During their 7-day stay in South Korea, the Vietnamese reporters also visited the Farmers Newspaper. In 2013, this South Korean newspaper entered into a cooperation agreement with the ‘Tin Tuc’ (News) Newspaper which is under the management of the Viet Nam News Agency (VNA).
