On Thursday the Traffic Police Division of Da Nang Police Department discussed various effective measures to ensure local traffic order and safety during the 21^st Congress of the municipal Party Committee (PC) for the 2015 - 2020 tenure, which will take place in the city between 14 and 17 October.

Police officers in the wards of Hai Chau, Thanh Khe and Son Tra will be on duty around the clock at the venues where the event will take place to ensure the smooth movement of vehicles carrying delegates.

A focus will also be on ensuring traffic order and safety at several local traffic areas, including an area in front of the Da Nang School of Politics on 34 Ho Nghinh street, the eastern and western ends of the Rong (Dragon) Bridge, the Han River and the Tran Thi Ly bridges, and the intersections of Tran Phu and Le Duan streets, and Nguyen Huu Tho and Duy Tan streets.
