Following recent approval from the Da Nang People's Committee Chairman, Mr Huynh Duc Tho, a dolphinarium and marine mammals feeding area will be built near the western end of the Thuan Phuoc Bridge in Hai Chau District.  The 2.5ha project will be developed by the Saint Petersburg Dolphinarium branch of Russia's Utrish Dolphinarium Company Ltd.

The municipal Planning and Construction Institute will adjust the plans to fit the selected site for the project.  In addition, the city’s Land Fund Development Centre will work closely with local relevant agencies to complete land use rights auction procedures in accordance with the city’s regulations, and work with the Russian developer to deploy the project as soon as possible.
