According to the Criminal Police Officers Team based at the Hai Chau District Police Station, 2 gangs of thieves have been captured after they had successfully stolen 29 motorbikes across the city.

The first gang consists of 5 offenders.  One of them is an 8^th grade pupil at a local secondary high school, whilst the remainder are school dropouts.  They admitted that they had stolen 9 motorbikes in total, targeting the Honda Dream and Wave models particularly. 

The 9 members of the second gang admitted to stealing 20 motorbikes, mainly the Sirius model, and some other property items.  Two of the stolen motorbikes have already been recovered by local police.

The cases against both gangs are under further investigation.
