On Monday, Japan’s Osaka-Nakanoshima Rotary Club donated an ear-nose-throat (ENT) endoscopy machine, valued at 1.7 billion VND, to the Da Nang General Hospital.

Since 1997, in addition to donating medical devices, the organisation has shared valuable experiences in examinations and treatment with the hospital and presented 3 scholarships to help the hospital’s doctors improve their professional skills in Japan.

Rotary International is a worldwide organisation established for peaceful purposes and it now has a total of 1.2 million members.  Each member contributes 100 USD per year to the organisation for humanitarian activities.
