The Da Nang Department of Internal Affairs has recently released a video clip entitled ‘Chi Can No Nu Cuoi’ (Just Smiling) on its website at www.noivu.danang.gov.vn.  It is part of the city’s programme to boost its administrative reforms in 2016.

The video, which lasts 2 mins and 48 seconds, intends to encourage local government employees to improve their attitude and behaviour towards local residents and businesses.
