General Hospital opens new building

On Tuesday, the Da Nang General Hospital officially opened its new building, which has been constructed at a cost to the city’s budget of 126 billion VND.
The 6-storey building features wards for surgical resuscitation, emergency surgery, anaesthesia resuscitation, intensive care, and anti-poisoning, and there are areas for stroke patients and international-standard treatment services.
The hospital’s Director, Dr Tran Ngoc Thanh, said “The new building will help to solve the current overloading problems at the hospital, and increase the quality of healthcare services for the patients”.
