Last Saturday, the Da Nang Representative Office in Japan and the city’s Dong A University (DAU) co-organised the ‘Japan Job Fair 2016’ at the university for its students.

At the event, a total of 11 large Japanese and Vietnamese businesses offered 128 job opportunities for students.  In addition, they offered over 500 internship opportunities in Japan for trainees.

The Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Da Nang Representative Office in Japan, Mr Mai Dang Hieu, said “Japanese businesses are now seeing a high demand for recruitment in many aspects, especially nursing, mechanics, electronics, and refrigeration.  They are offering an attractive monthly salary of between 20 million VND and 25 million VND for their employees”.
