A total of 36 steersmen, crew members, and service staff involved in Da Nang’s waterway tourism attended a training course on Tuesday.
The participants were introduced to the documentation relating to the state management of tourism activities and domestic waterways, and the professional skills expected of those who work on trip boats. Included were ways to enhance their reception skills, how to effectively rescue passengers and give first aid if an incident occurs, as well as the service procedures for onboard passengers.
