The construction of 10 new classrooms at the Phan Dang Luu school started in June.  Vice Chairman Dung criticised the construction units for their slow process and urged them to complete their work as soon as possible.

Whilst visiting the Nguyen Du school, the city leader expressed his dissatisfaction at the messy state of the construction site.  He required the construction unit to install fences around some deep holes on the site to ensure the safety of pupils and construction workers.

At the Le Quy Don school, Mr Dung praised the construction unit for its great efforts and its high sense of responsibility in ensuring the on-schedule progress of the construction.

Over the 2016 - 2017 academic year, construction to expand 34 local primary schools is expected to be completed in order to allow local primary school pupils to study 2 sessions per day.  However, to date only 13 schools have been completed.
