On Wednesday, the Chairwoman of the People’s Committee (PC) in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Phong Commune, Ms Nguyen Thi Van, visited the family of couple Tran Thi Phuong and Nguyen Ngoc Hung in Cam Thoai Tay hamlet.  Chairwoman Van went to their house to deliver the birth certificate, health insurance card and residence paper for their newborn baby Nguyen Thi Anh Thu.

The service was approved by the municipal PC last month, with the aim of not only handing over the documents but also congratulating local couples and single-mothers on the arrival of their new family member.
