Following instructions from the Da Nang authorities, the construction of a road tunnel to take Tran Phu under the busy junction with Le Duan will be suspended until the 5^th Asian Beach Games (ABG5) ends on 3 October.

The intention is to ease the travel of local residents, domestic and foreign visitors, and international athletes before and during the forthcoming ABG5, which will take place between 24 September and 3 October.

As soon as ABG5 ends, construction fences and signboards will be placed at the site and the construction work will restart.
