On Sunday, the Central Airports Authorities gave an official warning to a Chinese air passenger for rummaging through the bag of a Vietnamese passenger whilst it was in an overhead locker.

At 11.45am that same day, a Vietnamese passenger from Ninh Binh Province was in seat No 29G on flight VN166 which was about to depart from Da Nang to Ha Noi.  Suddenly, he noticed that his bag was being rummaged through by a Chinese national named Zhang Hui, and he immediately shouted for help.

Upon receiving the alert, flight attendants on board reported the case and the Chinese passenger was removed from the aircraft.
