City planning to build apartments for workers at industrial parks
During his meeting on Monday with Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung, the Head of the Board of Directors of Japan’s Tokyo Keiki Precision Technology Company, Mr Motoshi Mitobe, thanked the local leaders for facilitating Japanese businesses to operate effectively in the city over recent years.

Mr Mitobe said that he would like the local authorities to continue developing the infrastructure systems and providing qualified human resources for Japanese businesses, especially those in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune. He hoped that an apartment block for employees working in the Da Nang Hi-tech Park will be built in the city soon.
In reply, Vice Chairman Dung said that the city is planning to build apartment buildings for workers in the Hi-tech Park, and in other local industrial parks. He hoped that the leaders of the Japanese company will appeal for even more Japanese investors into the city.
The Tokyo Keiki Precision Technology Company, a subsidiary of Japan’s Tokyo Keiki Inc, specialises in producing hydraulic equipment including electromagnetic switch valves and impeller-type pumps. The 40 million USD plant has an annual production capacity of 894,000 units.
