On Monday afternoon, representatives from Da Nang’s Sun World Ba Na Hills Resort returned a lost bag to its owners - Mr Nguyen Huu Chau and his wife Nguyen Thi Huong from Ha Noi.

Earlier that day, the couple realised that they had left behind a bag containing over 100 million VND in cash at the Suoi Mo cable car station.  Mr Chau immediately returned to the station to look for his lost bag, but the worried man could not find it. 

Luckily, a member of the resort’s staff had picked up the dropped bag whilst he was on duty near the station.  He had immediately informed the resort’s Customer Support Division and asked them to try to find the owners.  The Division’s employees immediately contacted the couple and returned all the lost property to them.
