Da Nang Portal operates effectively
The Da Nang Portal received more than 500 questions in the first half of this year, reaching 141% compared with the same period of last year, according to the municipal People’s Committee.

The results were announced at a recent conference to review the Portal’s performance in the first half of this year and identify key tasks for the latter half of this year.
Most questions are related to the right use of certificates, tax policy, trade registration and social insurance.
During the review period, the portal published nearly 2,000 stories, of which 152 were translated into English and Japanese. The stories were about the city’s policies and provided information serving the demands of residents and businesses operating in the city.
The Portal also worked closely with relevant local agencies to organise workshops on labour, work safety, housing and property ownership rights.
Speaking at the conference, municipal People’s Committee Deputy Chairman Ho Ky Minh asked the Portal and the official websites of other local organisations to continue to develop multimedia functions and implement dialogues between the municipal leaders and residents.
