The Mid-Central Region Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting says Da Nang and elsewhere in the mid-central region will continue seeing moderate to heavy rain until Saturday.

The matter results from the influence of an intensified cold air current accompanied by strong winds from the east.

In particular, the rainfall in Da Nang is forecast to be between 150 and 300mm or even higher in some parts of the city until the end of Saturday.

According to the forecasters, other localities in the mid-central region are also predicted to experience the same rainfall as Da Nang, or even over 400mm in some of their parts.
