Following recent instructions from the Da Nang People's Committee, the Management Board of Agriculture and Rural Development Projects, the municipal departments of Construction, and Agriculture and Rural Development, will jointly give their urgent solutions to address coastal erosion at the Sao Bien Swimming Area of the My Khe Beach, and the Sao Viet Swimming Area of the Non Nuoc Beach.

In addition, the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches, along with relevant local agencies, are required take immediate measures to ensure the safety of beachgoers at the affected areas.

In particular, warning signs must be placed at erosion areas, and fences must be erected at high-risk erosion areas in order to ensure the ultimate safety of visitors to the swimming areas mentioned above.

Swimmers are now advised to stay away the erosion-ravaged swimming areas so as to avoid any unexpected incidents.
