Over 2.7 billion VND raised for poor families
A total of over 2.7 billion VND has been raised at the recent ‘Xuan Yeu Thuong 2018’ (Spring of Love 2018) special public arts show which has taken place at an outdoor stage on Minh Mang Street in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Khue My Ward in Da Nang.

The donations, which came from domestic business, organisations and individuals, will go to help policy families and the poor in the district build their new houses.
Jointly organised by the district’s authorities and its Business Association, the event has been attended by Head of the municipal Department of Publicity and Training Dang Viet Dung, and Head of the city’s National Assembly Members’ Group Nguyen Thanh Quang.
The event has seen the participation of MC Thanh Bach, comedy artiste Tan Beo, US-born Kyo York, Hari Won whose mother is South Korean and her father is Vietnamese, and famous domestic singers including Ta Minh Tam, and Khong Tu Quynh.
Also at the event, gifts have been given to a total of 20 very poor families living in the district’s Hoa Hai and Khue My wards.
