Representatives from the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre, the city’s Tourism Rapid Response Team, and the city’s Public Service Portal with its hotline 0236 1022, recently jointly signed a commitment to assist visitors in a timely and effective manner, especially in emergency cases.

In detail, the hotline 0236 1022 provides visitors with necessary information relating to tourism services and activities, accommodation establishments, drinking and eating areas.  Also, any opinions and feedback given by visitors about travel and accommodation services, and related issues, are always welcome through this channel.

Alongside, the Portal is also in charge of receiving any emergency calls by visitors, and then diverting them to the city’s Tourism Rapid Response Team.  Emergency issues might include appropriation of property, traffic accidents, and life-threatening incidents, and public order disturbances.

Meanwhile, the Da Nang Tourist Support Centre, which is under the management of the Tourism Promotion Centre, also receives any emergency calls by visitors diverted from the Portal.  These calls reported such matters as the overcharging and the harassment of tourists at local attractions and hospitality service establishments, and the loss of visitors’ passports, their visas and private assets.
