According to the Traffic Police Division of the Da Nang Police Department, no serious road traffic accidents were reported in the city over the recent 3-day holiday break for the 73rd National Day.

This positive result has been mainly attributed to the various effective measures taken by the traffic police to ensure smooth traffic for road users over the period.

Over the holiday break, a total of 105 road traffic violations were recorded across the city. Four of which were given administrative fines, whilst only one car and 25 motorbikes were temporarily seized for their violations.

Over the period, a large number of police officers were on duty at entertainment and shopping centers, and public areas to ensure ultimate security there.
