Electric wheelchairs donated to the disabled
The Duy Tan University joined force with the DA NANG Newspaper to donate 10 electric wheelchairs to people who are wounded, sick soldiers, and disabled people with difficult circumstances across the city.

The donated electric wheelchairs, invented and manufactured by the city-based Duy Tan University's Centre for Electricity – Electronics, aims to facilitate the disabled people to move more easily, as well as encourage the disadvantaged people to overcome their difficulties and confidently re-integrate into the community.

Associate Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, the Vice Rector of the Duy Tan University said that the electric wheelchairs produced at the school feature simple yet convenient assembly structure, ensuring the certainty and safety for users. Thereby, people with disabilities easily move long distances or go shopping, to restaurants, hotels, and anywhere they want
