150 cases of cranio-cerebral injuries recorded over Tet break

During the recent Tet festival which ran from 2 until 10 February, the Da Nang General Hospital received a total of 1,700 emergency cases, of which 346 were caused by road traffic accidents.

In particular, there were 150 patients suffering cranio-cerebral injuries, an increase of 26 cases in comparison with the same period last year.

Besides, there were a rise in the number of injuries caused by fights which were triggered by different causes, including conflicts after traffic collisions, assaults under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and quarrels while gambling.
