Residents and visitors in the city eager to celebrate Lunar New Year's Eve
On Monday evening (30th day of the 12th lunar month), a large number of locals and visitors gathered at public areas across Da Nang to enjoy joyful and boisterous festive Tet atmosphere to celebrate the Lunar New Year's Eve.
The public areas include the Spring Flower Street, the 29 March and the APEC parks, plus Tran Hung Dao and Bach Dang streets.

As waiting for the turning moment of the Lunar New Year, locals and visitors are treated to a fascinating musical programme entitled ‘Colours of Spring’.
Organised by the Trung Vuong Theatre, the event is taking place at the park near the eastern end of the Rong (Dragon) Bridge in Son Tra District from 9.30pm to midnight.
In addition, there will be a countdown event to ring in the Lunar New Year.

On Lunar New Year’s Eve, the city’s skyline will be lit up with 3 spectacular fireworks displays to ring in the Lunar New Year.
The upcoming shows will be at the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, the Kim Long Nam Project’s vacant land area in front of the Lien Chieu District Administration Centre, and a vacant site in front of the Hoa Vang District Administration Centre.
