On Monday, two members of the Beach Tourism Security Management Team under the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches returned dropped property to their owners.

Previously, in the early morning of the same day, Mr Le Hong Khanh and Mr Tran Van Cong found a handbag dropped on the Ban Co Peak (Chess Board Peak) whilst conducting their patrols on the Son Tra Peninsula. The handbag contained 45 million VND in cash, along with some important personal papers.

They then immediately reported the case to their team leaders.

At 9.30am on the same day, Mr Nguyen Hung Hau and his wife Pham Thi Minh Nguyet from Ha Noi’s Gia Lam District had their lost property returned.
