Earlier on Friday evening, sanitation worker Tran Thi Tri found a handbag left in a toilet at the northern side of the East Sea Park as she was on duty there. The handbag contained a Samsung cell phone, an identity card with the name of Hoang Thuy Quynh from Bac Kan Province’s Cho Moi Town, and 30 million VND in cash.

Soon after, Mrs Tri reported the case, and handed over her collected items, to the Management Board. The Board’s staff immediately informed the case on loudspeakers placed along the beaches.

In the late afternoon of the same day, Mrs Quynh came to the Management Board’s office to fully retrieve her lost property.
