According to the Mid-Central Region Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, Da Nang is experiencing sunny weather in the daytime, and a few showers and thunderstorms are possible at dusk and night.

In particular, Hoa Vang and Cam Le districts are experiencing partly to mostly cloudy to sunny conditions, and these parts of the city will see scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon. The day and night temperatures range between 32 to 34 degrees Celsius.

Both Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son districts are seeing sunshine through the day, whilst showers and thunderstorms are predicted to affect these parts in the night time. The average temperatures range between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, Lien Chieu, Thanh Khe and Hai Chau districts are bracing for sunny weather in the daytime with temperatures ranging from 31 to 33 degrees Celsius. It is predicted that thunderstorms and scattered rains may occur in these districts at night.

Due to the influence of the tropical depression, Da Nang, and elsewhere in the central region, is seeing continued development of scattered to heavy showers today.

A total rainfall for coastal localities from Nghe An to Thua Thien Hue provinces is expected to be widely 50 to 100mm, whilst rainfall accumulation is likely to be up to 200mm in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces. Up to 80mm of rain is predicted to be recorded in the highlands.

Starting from tonight, mid-central regional localities, including Da Nang, will see a significant decrease in rainfall.
