Following recent approval by the Da Nang People’s Committee, a total of nearly 35 billion VND from the city budget will be poured into the construction of a square combined with a parking area at the end of Nguyen Sinh Sac Street in Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District and a similar model at the end of Ha Khe Street in Xuan Ha Ward, Thanh Khe District.

The over 16 billion VND project at the end of Nguyen Sinh Sac, bordering Nguyen Tat Thanh Street to the south, and public sandy areas to the north, the east and the west, covers an area of 4,298m². Of this, 21.27% of land will be earmarked for the square, 23.78% for an outdoor gym, and 7.56% for the parking area.

A similar construction work, worth over 18 billion VND, at the end of Ha Khe, bordering Nguyen Tat Thanh Street to the south, and public sandy areas to the north, the east and the west, covers an area of 5,860m². Of this, 18.21% of land will be earmarked for the square, 18.21% for for an outdoor gym, and 5.66% for the parking lot.

The implementation of the above-mentioned projects aims to add special highlights to the landscape settings along the Nguyen Tat Thanh and Ha Khe streets, offering truly green spaces for residential areas in the wards of Hoa Minh and Xuan Ha, and ensuring an ideal place to relaxation and entertainment for locals.

As scheduled during the 2019 – 2020 period, focus will be on carrying out the main work items of the 2 projects. Included will be the building the ground of the squares and parking areas, and internal walking paths, the placement of public benches and outdoor fitness equipment, and the planting of trees.
