In response to the ‘Making the World Cleaner 2019’ campaign and an anti-plastic waste movement, an array of practical environmental protection activities will be organised across Da Nang on 28 and 29 September.

They will include cleaning up residential areas, working offices, companies, and tourist attractions. In addition, there will be a meeting to encourage residents to reduce plastic use and disposal of non-biodegradable plastic bags into the environment.

The ‘Making the World Cleaner 2019’ takes ‘Fight Against Plastic Pollution’ as its theme. It aims to raise public awareness about the dangers of plastic pollution and encourage residents to advocate for a reduction of single-use plastics and the recycling of all plastics.
