The Da Nang authorities have issued regulations on temporary residence permit for foreigners who are working for companies at industrial parks across the city.

Accordingly, temporary residence permits will be only granted for foreigners who are working at industrial parks, excluding their family members and relatives.

Foreigners are required to complete their registration and declaration procedures about their temporary residence in accordance with the national regulations about entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Viet Nam.

Besides, companies will take the responsibility for providing accommodation for their foreign employees who are managers, CEOs, and experts. In addition, the foreign employees living in temporary accommodation offered by their companies are required to ensure social security.

In addition, companies are obliged to report the temporary residence of their foreign employees to functional bodies in accordance with the Law dated 16 June 2014 on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Viet Nam.
