The Da Nang People's Committee has given the green light to the spending of 11.7 billion VND from the city budget on upgrading the existing Hoa Vang District Party Committee's revolutionary base located in Phu Tuc Village, Hoa Phu Commune.

The project is scheduled to be implemented during the 2019-2021 period. The intention is to make this historical relic site a perfect place to organise activities dedicated to heroic martyrs, promote its historical values, and educate younger generations about national glorious revolutionary traditions and ardent patriotism.

This site was one of the city’s most important revolutionary bases during the anti-US resistance war. In 2014, it was officially recognised as a national-level historical and cultural relic site.

The site features an exhibition house which was built at the foot of the mountain. On display are some docments and artifacts relating to Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers during the 2 past resistance wars.
