Da Nang Hospital offers free coaches to take poor patients home for Tet
On 21 and 22 January (27th and 28th days of the 12th lunar month), the Da Nang General Hospital is providing free of charge vehicles to take 200 poor patients to their hometowns to celebrate Tet.

The vehicles depart at 9.15am daily from the hospital’s gate, 124 Hai Phong Street, Hai Chau District.
The offered routes are Da Nang General Hospital - Quang Ngai Bus Station, Da Nang General Hospital - the city's inner areas, Da Nang General Hospital - Hoi An Bus Station in Quang Nam Province, and Da Nang General Hospital - Dai Loc Bus Station in Quang Nam Province.
Mr Ho Anh, Deputy Head of the hospital’s Social Work Office, said it was the third time the hospital had offered free vehicles to help poor patients to return home to celebrate Tet with their family members.
“To ensure the health of patients, we arrange our volunteers to support food and water for them during the trips” he added.
Le Thi Danh, a 56-year-old patient from Quang Ngai Province’s Nghia Hanh District, said she was so touched to receive a helping hand from the hospital to return to her hometown for Tet.
