At around 8.10 pm on 7 March, Mai Linh taxi driver Le Van Man took some foreign naval men who are onboard US naval ships docking at the Tien Sa Port to some of the city's popular attractions.
After dropping the foreign passengers, Mr Man found a wallet in his taxi which contained some important personal papers and an iPhone.
Soon after receiving a report about collected items from driver Man, the Mai Linh Company closely worked with the municipal Department of Tourism, and the city's Department of Foreign Affairs, to find owner of the wallet to return it to its owner.
The foreign wallet owner said that he was very happy at fully retrieving his lost items. He remarked that the residents of Da Nang were very kind and friendly, and the city remains very safe and hospitable to both domestic and foreign visitors.
