Negative test results for 26 people in the city in close contact with coronavirus patients
The Da Nang Department of Health announced on Tuesday morning that 26 people who have been in close contact with Da Nang’s Covid-19 patients have tested negative for the virus.

Also, tests on 14 others who had direct and indirect contact with foreign infected patients have come back negative.
According to the municipal Centre for Disease Control (CDC), despite negative test results on these people, they remain under quarantine at public hospitals and isolation sites for 14 days, and all of them are in stable condition.
Director of the municipal Department of Health Ngo Thi Kim Yen is urging people who had direct and indirect contact with the two infected patients, or visited venues where these confirmed cases had travelled from 2 - 7 March, to actively monitor their health at home. Anyone develops or starts to show symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath, he/she should go to the nearest medical facility for check for signs of the coronavirus.
