No new COVID-19 cases reported in Viet Nam on Monday morning
No new COVID-19 cases were recorded overnight in Viet Nam, and the country has remained unchanged in its case numbers at 320, the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control announced on Monday morning.

In particular, the country has stopped community transmission of COVID-19 for 32 straight days.
In total, 180 of those confirmed cases were classed as "imported" which were quarantined after arrival in Viet Nam.
Overall, 260 patients or 81 percent have recovered from the virus, and there have been no deaths till date.
Two of the 60 remainders still under treatment have tested negative once for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, and 12 others negative at least twice.
Currently, 10,692 people are being quarantined nationwide, including 293 at hospitals, 8,631 at other quarantine facilities, and 2,038 at home.
The national steering committee requested people to continue implementing disease prevention and control measures in the new context. Meanwhile, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said the pandemic is still developing complicatedly around the world, recommending Vietnam enhance long-term pandemic control measures./.
