Ticket offers and discounts are available for your next journey in June, including savings on advance purchase tickets at the Sai Gon Railway Transport JSC. If you want to journey by train in future then booking your trip in advance could save you a lot of money. 

You can get up to 50% off train tickets on the Sai Gon-Ha Noi, and Sai Gon-Da Nang routes. This promotional offer is only valid on journeys of more than 900km on the SE3/4 and SE7/8 trains travelling between Sai Gon and Ha Noi, and on journeys of over 600km on SE21/22 trains running on the Sai Gon-Da Nang route.

In addition, you can save a whopping 5% to 50% on train tickets by buying 5 days in advance of your journey. Offer will not apply to your journey on air-conditioned 4 sleeper-seat cabins on the SE3 train. Changes to tickets can be made at rail ticket offices nationwide at least 72 hours before departure. Whether you can change your ticket depends on the type of ticket you have already purchased. 

In addition, groups of over 10 passengers will see their ticket prices cut by 4-15%.

Passengers who buy round-trip tickets will have their ticket prices cut by between 5% and 15% for their return tickets.

Most notably, passengers who are heroic Vietnamese mothers, war invalids, social policy beneficiaries, Agent Orange victims, disable people, students and children will have their ticket prices cut under the national laws.

The Viet Nam Railway Corporation is operating 4 pairs of SE1/2, SE3/4, SE5/6 and SE7/8 trains on the Sai Gon-Ha Noi route daily in order to meet the travel demand of passengers.
